The WIPS system (Waste Information Planning System) is a comprehensive software and hardware package for real time automation, Monitoring and Management in the fields of Environmental Protection, Waste Recycling Methods and Energy Generation. It is an innovative user friendly Management Information System (MIS) for the supervision and process planning of the Mechanical and Biological Waste Treatment Process (MBT Plant) and for energy generation (RDF Production Waste-To-Energy).

The WIND system (Waste Information Database System) is an innovative MIS system for the Recycling Industry. The system aims to:

• the real time monitoring of the Weighbridge process

• the real time monitoring of the basic and critical parameters from the Mechanical Sorting Process

• support the Quality Assurance System and the Daily Quality Control system

• implement irreproachable processes for the on line and real time monitoring of the Sorting Process, the required information and measurements

• integrate an intelligent maintenance monitoring and diagnostic system.

The WBManager Inbound and Outbound Vehicle Management System at ΜΒΤ plants, Landfills and Materials’ Recycling Plants is a Management and Recording Integrated System for the Waste collected by Recyclers and for the products derived from the separation process at a MBT Plant, which involves installation of:

• Management and Reporting System of Incoming Materials and Outgoing Products

•  Manufactured Products’ Management System from Processing Flows

• On-Line Connection System with the Weighbridge.

• Vehicle Recognition System Using RFID Reader

• Photography System for Front and Rear Side of the Vehicle (Plate)
